Modes of payment

You may use any of the following payment methods to order

Money deducted but order was not placed

Your order could not be placed as your payment was unsuccessful which may have happened due to poor internet connectivity or Payment gateway issues. If your amount was deducted, it will be automatically reversed to your source account.

Unable to make payment

If you are unable to make payment, we suggest you to clear your browser cache and retry. You may also change the payment method and make the payment. If the issue still persists, we would request you to share the screenshot of the error. We will try to solve the issue for you.

Refund for Cancelled order

If your order was cancelled before shipping the product or delivering the service, we will initiate the refund by contacting the product/service provider. However, if your order was cancelled after shipping the product or delivering the service, we will initiate the refund once we get confirmation from the partner.
